Hi, I'm Marisa...

but everyone calls me Mars.

I'm a business consultant based in Toronto, and I work exclusively with health and wellness clinic owners — chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, naturopathic doctors, and multi-modality practices — who are brilliant at what they do and ready for their business to match that brilliance.

 

My specialty is JaneApp. After working hands-on inside health clinics, I've seen how much time and money get left behind when JaneApp isn't configured well. Most clinics use a fraction of what the software can do. I come in, audit the setup, fix what's broken, and build systems that work — for your front desk, your practitioners, and your bottom line.

 

Beyond JaneApp, I work on strategy, operations, and revenue analysis: scheduling

efficiency, practitioner capacity, patient retention, and growth planning. I don't hand you a slide deck and disappear. I embed myself in your business and stay until it actually works. My clients describe me as the glue — the person who knows their systems, their numbers, and their goals as well as anyone on their own team. That's the relationship I build with every clinic I work with. I don't send you a strategy document from a distance. I get inside your business — your JaneApp, your team's workflows, your numbers — and work alongside you until things actually change. You'll never have to explain your clinic to me twice.

JaneApp is the foundation Every clinic I work with uses JaneApp, and most are using it at 30% of its potential. I start there — because when your practice management software is working properly, everything else gets easier: scheduling, billing, patient experience, and your own peace of mind.
